Dennis graduated from University College London in 1989 with a BSc in Architecture, Planning, Building and Environmental Studies. Returning to Asia he founded Palladio Interiors Sdn Bhd in 1993, which has since evolved into a highly successful and respected interior design firm in Malaysia. In 2000, he joined Microcapital, a hedge fund, in San Francisco, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in investment and finance. A keen interest in this field prompted him to embark on his own to establish Accelera Management in 2002, an asset management business based in Hong Kong, focusing on investment opportunities in China in 2003-2004 and real estate opportunities in Singapore 2004-2007 and subsequently branching out into the Japan real estate market in 2009. Dennis also has investments in agriculture with an emphasis on sustainability and the social impact element.
With Create Asia, Dennis’s experience in real estate, environmental design and technology, sustainable agricultural products as well as his passion for design come together to form an exciting platform in resort development and management. His understanding of the built and natural environment and focus on sustainability in everyday life offers a unique perspective to the business.
