Looking Ahead
With the success of the first project, Gakuto Villas and the launch of the new Koharu Hotel and Suites, Create Asia will now manage just under 100 units for the 2013/14 winter season in Japan. In the next 2-3 years this is expected to increase to approximately 120 villas as CA takes on new projects including the Gakuto Terraces located in Wadano and a new resort project in Koh Samui.
